Albion is a large world, with various ecosystems to explore. Staying with the same art style as previous games in the series, Fable 3 is rendered beautifully. The slow motion deaths of enemies adds a sense of excitement to your basic hack and slash gameplay, and the slow motion kill animations are short enough that they do not become tiresome even after you may have seen them hundreds of times. The single button interface with multiple weapons and magic works well, though it can take some getting used to if you are not a player returning from Fable 2. The combat is Fable 3 is fluid and intuitive. There are several different hair styles which can be worn across each gender, as well as make up and clothing.

Though you start with a base female or male character, the options beyond make near limitless possibilities for character creation. Now the world is being ushered into an industrial revolution.Ĭustomization is the name of the game when it comes to the Fable series, and Fable 3 does not disappoint. Gone are the horses and heroes of Albion. Fable 3 is no different, although there is a significant time gap between Fable 2 and Fable 3.
